Gollata products are packaged sugars that are produced by the Sugar Factory (PG) in Bone Regency, PG Camming and PG Takalar, with raw sugar cane grown and processed directly in South Sulawesi. Gollata has met the requirements and standards set by the central government starting from SNI, BPOM, until the acquisition of halal certification.
PTPN XI is sugar production. Other business fields include the production/manufacture of alcohol and spirits from molasses and the production of jute sacks from kenaf fiber and plastic sacks. The company also provides medical services from its General Hospital.

Since 2011 PT PN XI has started marketing sugar in 1 kg packaging using the brand GUPALAS (Gula Pasir Sebelas). Sales of sugar in 1 kg packages are intended for end users with GKP I criteria with ICUMSA 80-100 IU or known as white crystal sugar with premium quality. GUPALAS is produced by the Semboro Jember Sugar Factory, East Java.
PTPN X has 9 Sugar Factory Units (PG) spread across East Java, namely PG Kremboong, PG Gempolkrep, PG Djombang Baru, PG Tjoekir, PG Lestari, PG Meritjan, PG Pesantren Baru, PG Ngadirejo and PG Modjopanggoong.
